First Post!

Well, this is the first official King Family Blog post!  Now everyone can keep up with us a little bit better. (We hope!)  Not a lot to report here.  Jon's back still hurts, but Parker is doing much better after his fall.  (And remarkably sleeping really well too--hmmm, maybe a bump to the head is all he needed!)  I know, that's not funny, but hey, he scared me to death, so I have to find a way to laugh about it!  This weekend is Bikes, Blues, and BBQ here in Fayetteville, so we will be out quite a bit!  We actually have a babysitter Friday night who isn't family.  (Lets hear it--the huge GASP from family-- I know you all think I'm crazy overprotective!)  And maybe I am, but that's OK!  And I actually only shed one tear when I left him overnight with Grandma and Grandpa last weekend.  See, I'm getting better!   Oh, and I wanted to add--Happy Birthday MOM!!  We love you!
